ORDER On April 24, 2023, the parties jointly moved to dismiss the above-captioned appeal with prejudice. Shortly after this appeal was docketed, appellant amended, recertified, and resubmitted its claim to the contracting officer, which the contracting officer denied. Appellant appealed the decision, which the Board docketed as CBCA 7667. The new appeal subsumed this one, rendering it moot. The motion is granted. The appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Kathleen J.
