ORDER Intelligent Fiscal Optimal Solutions, LLC, supplied administrative, budget, and program support services to the Office of Violence Against Women at the Department of Justice under a contract between the parties. The agency demanded repayment of money it had paid in response to an invoice, asserting that the services covered by the invoice had not been provided under the contract. The contractor appealed this determination. The parties have settled this case and have jointly moved the Board to dismiss it with prejudice. CBCA 5130 2 The motion is granted.
