ORDER
On March 1, 2019, the Board received from Martin-Miser Associates, Inc. an appeal
concerning its claim for unpaid invoices under contract AG-3144-B-15-0004 with the
Department of Agriculture. The parties have resolved the dispute. In accordance with a
request of the parties, the Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE this appeal.
