ORDER
On August 21, 2014, the Board received from Rare Earth Science, LLC a notice of
appeal arising from a termination for cause of its purchase orders, L12PX01170 and
L13PX01563, with the Department of the Interior under their contract. The parties
proceeded informally from the filing to resolve the dispute. In accordance with a submission
received on April 7, 2015, the Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE the appeal.
