ORDER
On November 3, 2015, the Board received from COMSEC Charities, Inc. (purchaser)
a notice of appeal concerning its contract to purchase material from the General Services
Administration (agency). The parties proceeded informally to resolve the dispute. The
agency has returned monies to the purchaser, who seeks no further relief. In accordance with
the request of the parties, received on April 7, 2016, the Board DISMISSES WITH
PREJUDICE the appeal.
