ORDER
On January 15, 2026, appellant submitted, with respondent’s concurrence, a request
for dismissal of this appeal with prejudice in light of the contracting officer’s December 30,
2025, determination converting the original termination for cause into a termination for the
convenience of the agency. Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
