ORDER
On March 18, 2016, the Board received from IMPAQ International, LLC a timely
notice of appeal concerning its contract, HHSA290200710071T, with the Department of
Health and Human Services, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. The contracting
officer denied a claim for $160,176.54, sought for what IMPAQ contended was payment due
on final invoices. In accordance with a joint motion received on June 27, 2016, indicating
that the parties executed a settlement agreement on May 17, 2016, the Board DISMISSES
WITH PREJUDICE the appeal.
