Tobey, Office of General Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman). ORDER The General Services Administration (GSA) issued to Integrity Management Consulting, Inc. (Integrity) a task order for the services of personnel to assist the agency’s Public Buildings Service in the formulation and administration of government contracts.
