ORDER
The parties jointly informed the Board on September 4, 2015, that they had executed
a settlement agreement and that Technical Professional Services, Inc. (TSP) would request
a dismissal with prejudice once the terms of the settlement had been satisfied.
On September 17, 2015, TSP requested said dismissal. Accordingly, CBCA 4700 is
DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
