ORDER
On January 30, 2019, the Board received from Insight Public Sector, Inc. a timely
appeal of a contracting officerâs decision of a government claim demanding payment. The
parties have resolved the dispute. Having rescinded the request for payment, the agency does
not pursue its claim. In accordance with the request of the parties, the Board DISMISSES
WITH PREJUDICE this appeal.
