ORDER
On March 6, 2013, the Board received a notice of appeal from JRS Management
(contractor) concerning the denial of its claim to recover $18,431.73. The dispute involves
a contract, DJBP03091100010, and task order, DJBP030900000026, thereunder, under which
the contractor was to provide culinary arts instructor services to the respondent, the
Department of Justice (agency). After the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit vacated
an opinion and remanded the case to the Board, the parties entered into a settlement
agreement and resolved this dispute. As requested by the contractor, the Board DISMISSES
WITH PREJUDICE the appeal.
