ORDER Appellant, Grimm’s Gardens, LLC, was awarded a contract by the Department of Agriculture for the removal of a variety of vegetation and woody species from training areas within Fort Hood, Texas, to improve training areas. Appellant filed an appeal, stating that it incurred significant losses in the performance of the contract. Appellant has filed a motion to dismiss, stating that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement which disposes of all claims involved and requesting the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.
