ORDER
On October 24, 2018, the parties filed a joint request to dismiss this appeal without
prejudice because the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) had rescinded the July 13, 2018,
contracting officerâs final decision that was the subject of this appeal. Pursuant to CBCA
Rule 12, this appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
