ORDER These three appeals filed by Development Alternatives, Inc. arise under its contract with the Agency for International Development. Having utilized Board Judge Walters as an alternative dispute resolution neutral, the parties entered into a settlement agreement executed on December 22, 2014. On December 31, 2014, the Board received from the appellant, pursuant to that agreement, a request to dismiss with prejudice these appeals.
