Before Board Judges VERGILIO, KULLBERG, and ZISCHKAU. KULLBERG, Board Judge. On November 6, 2015, the parties submitted to the Board a joint stipulation of settlement and motion for judgment. The parties requested that the Board enter judgment for appellants in the amount of $2,565,222.17, plus interest under the Contract Disputes Act (CDA), 41 U.S.C. § 7109 (2012), from June 5, 2015, and that payment be made through the judgment fund in accordance with 31 U.S.C. § 1304 and 41 U.S.C. § 7108. The parties have agreed that they will not seek reconsideration of, or relief from, the Board’s decision, and CBCA 3058, 5022 2 each party will be responsible for its costs, attorney fees, and expenses incurred in the litigation of this appeal. Decision The Board GRANTS these appeals. The Government shall pay appellants the sum of $2,565,222.17 plus interest in accordance with the CDA from June 5, 2015.
