ORDER The Department of Housing and Urban Development entered into a contract with Deval, LLC (Deval) for the performance of professional loan servicing support services. A department contracting officer issued two decisions to Deval under this contract, the first paying the contractor $172,021.03 less than the amount of certain invoices it had submitted, and the second demanding payment of $91,412.15. Deval appealed both of these decisions. The first appeal was docketed as CBCA 4864, and the second was docketed as CBCA 5087. CBCA 4864, 5087 2 The parties have filed a joint motion to dismiss both appeals with prejudice, stating that they have executed a compromise settlement and release. The motion is granted.
