On November 14, 2024, the parties submitted to the Board a joint motion for entry of final judgment and joint certificate of finality in these appeals. The parties requested that the Board enter final judgment in the amount (inclusive of interest and attorney fees) of $8,024,000 pursuant to a settlement agreement executed by the parties on October 28, 2024, and indicated that the judgment may be paid from the permanent, indefinite judgment fund under 31 U.S.C. § 1304 (2018). The parties stipulated that, upon entry of the requested final judgment, all disputes, claims, counterclaims, and issues related to these appeals will be fully and finally resolved. CBCA 6558, 7079 2 The parties also stipulated that they will not seek appeal of, reconsideration of, or relief from the Board’s decision. See Rule 25(b) (48 CFR 6101.25(b) (2023)). Decision The Board GRANTS IN PART these appeals.
