ORDER During a telephone conference with Mr. Blazy and respondent’s counsel on January 31, 2024, regarding appeals CBCA 7992 and 7993, Mr. Blazy requested the dismissal of CBCA 7927, which was not properly brought as an appeal from a contracting officer’s final decision.
