ORDER
These three consolidated cases involve a terminated-for-default contract, HSTS05-14-
C-SPP039, between CSSI First Line JV 1 (contractor) and the Department of Homeland
Security, Transportation Security Administration (agency). The contractor provided security
screening services at airports. The contractor both contests the termination for default and
the assessment of excess reprocurement costs, and seeks compensatory damages and other
relief. With the assistance of Board Judge Goodman as a mediator, the parties resolved these
disputes. In accordance with a joint request these cases are DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
