ORDER These three consolidated cases involve a terminated-for-default contract, HSTS05-14- C-SPP039, between CSSI First Line JV 1 (contractor) and the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration (agency). The contractor provided security screening services at airports. The contractor both contests the termination for default and the assessment of excess reprocurement costs, and seeks compensatory damages and other relief. With the assistance of Board Judge Goodman as a mediator, the parties resolved these disputes.
