ORDER
On March 6, 2014, Computer Sciences Corporation (contractor) filed a notice of
appeal concerning its contract, EP-W-08-034, with the Environmental Protection Agency
(agency). The appeal was based upon the deemed denial of a certified claim. On May 15,
2015, the Board received notice that the parties have resolved the dispute, having entered into
a settlement agreement without any admission of liability by either party. The agency shall
pay the contractor $326,091 to resolve the entire matter in dispute. In accordance with the
request of the parties, the Board adopts the partiesâ stipulation and DISMISSES WITH
PREJUDICE the appeal.
