DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman). ORDER The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) contracted with Legion Construction, Inc. (Legion) for interior renovation and mechanical upgrades to a building at the VA Medical Center in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. Legion claimed that it is entitled to be paid $163,842 in compensation for delays to the project caused by the VA. The contractor appealed from a deemed denial of the claim. The parties have now resolved their dispute and settled the case. Legion moves the Board, with the VA’s assent, to dismiss the case with prejudice.
