motion pursuant to Board Rule 28(a) (48 CFR 6101.28(a) (2020)) asking the full Board to
consider the decision that the panel issued in these consolidated appeals on March 31, 2021.
Based upon a majority vote of the Board’s judges, Prime Tech’s motion for full Board
consideration is DENIED.
