ORDER
On March 8, 2022, appellant filed a motion to dismiss this appeal, stating that the
parties have fully resolved their dispute. Pursuant to their settlement agreement and

of the appeal with prejudice. Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
