ORDER On November 10, 2014, the Board received from Lanier Contracting Services, Inc. (contractor) a timely-filed notice of appeal concerning its contract, VA247-12-C-0050, with the Department of Veterans Affairs (agency). The contracting officer had denied the contractor’s claim to recover $98,095.92, in connection with what the contractor deemed to be changed conditions under the contract to provide building renovations. The parties have resolved the dispute.
