ORDER
On April 3, 2015, ArmorGroup North America, Inc. (contractor) filed a notice of
appeal concerning its contract, S-AQMPD-07-C0054, with the Department of State (agency).
The appeal was based upon the deemed denial of a certified claim. The parties proceeded
informally to resolve the dispute. On August 26, 2015, the Board received from the
contractor an unopposed motion to dismiss with prejudice the appeal. In accordance with
the request of the parties, the Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE the appeal.
