ORDER
On September 16, 2022, appellant filed a motion for voluntary dismissal pursuant to
Board Rule 12(b)(2) (48 CFR 6101.12(b)(2) (2021)). Appellant stated that the parties
executed a settlement agreement, the conditions of which have been met, and asked the
Board to dismiss the appeal. The motion is granted. The appeal is DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
