ORDER The agency’s contracting officer has issued an appealable final decision dated August 14, 2015, with regard to the claim submitted by the petitioner which was the subject CBCA 4890 2 of the petition. The agency has filed a motion to dismiss the petition as moot.1 The petitioner has no objection. The motion is granted and this petition is DISMISSED. __________________________ ALLAN H. The petitioner requested that the appeal of the final decision and the appeal of the claims deemed denied be consolidated. These appeals have been docketed as CBCA 4969 and 4970.
