On July 24, 2015, the parties notified the Board that they had reached a settlement of
all issues in this appeal and that, once appellant had received payment pursuant to the terms
of the agreement, appellant would file a motion to dismiss the appeal.

On August 13, 2015, appellant filed its motion to dismiss. In accordance with that
motion, which respondent does not oppose, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
