ORDER WSSA PH933 LLC claimed that it was entitled to $34,775.96 for work it performed, as authorized, under a contract for the lease to the General Services Administration of space in a building in Port Huron, Michigan. The contracting officer did not issue a decision on this claim, and WSSA PH933 LLC appealed from a deemed denial. The parties have now settled the case, and appellant has received payment agreed upon in settlement. The parties have filed a joint motion to dismiss the case with prejudice to its reinstatement. CBCA 4174 2 The motion is granted.
