On May 11, 2026, the parties filed a joint motion requesting the entry of a stipulated judgment in appellant’s favor in these appeals in the amount of $8,950,000. Appellant waives any right it may have under Board Rule 30 or otherwise to seek an award of attorney fees and expenses. See Rule 30 (48 CFR 6101.30 (2025)). Additionally, consistent with the parties’ motion, this amount is inclusive of interest under the Contract Disputes Act (CDA) through the date of this decision. See 41 U.S.C. § 7109 (2024). The parties have also stipulated that they will not seek reconsideration of, seek relief from, or appeal the Board’s entry of judgment awarding the stipulated amount to appellant, see Rule 25(b), and waive all CBCA 6846, 6847, 7123, 7124, 7240, 7383 2 rights of reconsideration, review, or appeal with respect to this judgment under Board Rules 26, 27, and 28. Decision The appeal is GRANTED IN PART. Respondent shall pay $8,950,000 to appellant in full settlement of CBCA 6846, 6847, 7123, 7124, 7240, and 7383, inclusive of interest under the CDA through the date of this decision.
