ORDER
On July 28, 2017, the Board received from DC Tours and Transportation a notice of
appeal involving contract VA119A-17-C-0013 with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Formal proceedings were suspended at the request of the parties, who resolved the dispute
using mediation with Board Judge Hyatt. In accordance with a request of the contractor
received on May 15, the Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE this appeal.
