ORDER After the Board, by decision dated July 31, 2023, granted in part a motion for summary judgment from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, see OST, Inc. v. Department of Homeland Security, CBCA 7077, et al., 23-1 BCA ¶ 38,414, the parties submitted the remaining issues in these appeals to a Board judge for resolution through binding arbitration. Following issuance of the arbitration decision on November 22, 2024, and having effected payment of the arbitration award, the parties have submitted a joint motion to dismiss these appeals with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs and fees.
