ORDER
On December 11, 2015, the Board received from Four Points Technology, L.L.C. a
timely notice of appeal concerning its contract, NNG07DA16B - VA256-14-F-3640, with
the Department of Veterans Affairs. The underlying contract was for the lease of equipment
and maintenance services. The appeal was taken based upon a denial of the lessorâs claim
for payment after the agency did not exercise option year two and assertion that equipment
was not returned. The parties resolved the dispute. In accordance with a joint motion to
dismiss received on March 29, 2016, the Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE the
appeal.
