ORDER
On January 14, 2016, the Board received from Alvarez & Associates, LLC, a notice
of appeal contesting the termination for default of its contract, VA118-15-F-0055, with the
Department of Veterans Affairs. The parties have resolved the dispute (the default was
converted to a termination for convenience and the contractor has accepted payment of
termination costs). In accordance with the agreement of the parties, this appeal is
DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
