SULLIVAN, Board Judge. By decision dated December 18, 2020, the Board granted the motion for summary judgment filed by appellant, WageWorks, Inc. (WageWorks), and denied the cross-motion for summary judgment filed by respondent, Office of Personnel Management (OPM). On January 15, 2021, pursuant to the Board’s order, the parties filed a joint stipulation that WageWorks is owed $6,216,118.92, for March 1, 2016, through August 31, 2016, based upon the Board’s December 18 decision. The parties also calculated the interest due to WageWorks, running from August 24, 2017, the date WageWorks submitted its claim to the CBCA 6027 2 contracting officer. With the interest, the parties stipulate that WageWorks is owed a total of $6,753,846.13. Decision WageWorks’ appeal is GRANTED IN PART. WageWorks shall be paid $6,216,118.92. WageWorks shall also be paid interest on that amount calculated from August 24, 2017, in accordance with the Contract Disputes Act (CDA), 41 U.S.C. § 7109(a) (2018). Marian E. Sullivan MARIAN E.
