Appellant has filed a motion to dismiss the appeal, stating that pursuant to a settlement
agreement appellant withdraws its appeal and moves the Board to issue an order dismissing
all the claims in this matter with prejudice. Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
