LESTER, Board Judge. On March 7, 2025, appellant, FedResults, Inc. (FedResults), and respondent, the Department of the Interior (DOI), filed a joint motion requesting the entry of a stipulated judgment in FedResult’s favor in the amount of $1,350,000, inclusive of all interest under the Contract Disputes Act (CDA), 41 U.S.C. § 7109 (2018). DOI reports that the Small Business Administration (SBA) will be responsible for a portion of the judgment but that CBCA 7966 2 DOI and the SBA will apportion responsibility between themselves. The parties have further stipulated that they will not seek reconsideration of, seek relief from, or appeal the Board’s entry of judgment awarding the stipulated amount to FedResults. See Rule 25(b) (48 CFR 6101.25(b) (2024)). Decision The appeal is GRANTED IN PART. DOI shall pay $1,350,000, inclusive of interest under the CDA, to FedResults in full settlement of CBCA 7966, with each party to bear its own costs, attorney fees, and expenses. Harold D.
