Scanlan Company, Inc. for the supply and installation of a wind turbine at the VA Medical Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The contractor filed an appeal challenging the termination for default as wrongful. The parties successfully engaged in mediation of the dispute, with Board Judge Candida S. Steel acting as mediator.
