ORDER
On May 1, 2015, the Board received from MicroTechnolgies, LLC a notice of appeal
of a deemed denial of its claim concerning a purchase order, VA523d7041 (under contract
NNG07DA47B), placed by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The parties have resolved
this dispute. In accordance with a joint motion of the parties filed on February 10, 2016, the
Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE the appeal.
