ORDER
On March 6, 2024, appellant filed a motion to dismiss this appeal with prejudice
pursuant to Board Rule 12(b)(2) (48 CFR 6101.12(b)(2) (2023)). According to the motion,
the parties executed a settlement agreement on March 4, 2024, which resolved all issues in
dispute. The motion is granted. The appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
