ORDER
The Department of Veterans Affairs placed an order against a Xerox Corporation
(Xerox) General Services Administration schedule contract for the purchase of certain
equipment, supplies, and services. Xerox claimed that the agency did not pay $46,279.90
which it was obligated to pay under the order. Xerox later appealed from the contracting
officer’s deemed denial of the claim.
Xerox has now notified us that the matter has been resolved and has requested that the
appeal be dismissed with prejudice.
