ORDER On May 21, 2021, appellant filed a motion to dismiss the appeal, stating: “Petitioner is unable to pursue the appeal and desires the matter be dismissed.” In response to the Board’s order dated June 2, 2021, both parties requested the appeal be dismissed with prejudice. On June 10, 2021, appellant filed an amended dismissal motion specifying the disposition as “with prejudice.” We grant the motion.
