ORDER
On October 7, 2013, the Board received a notice of appeal from First Preston
Management, Inc. concerning its contracts, C-OPC-23675 and C-OPC-23677, with the
Department of Housing and Urban Development. Following the denial of cross-motions for
summary relief, First Preston Management, Inc. v. Department of Housing and Urban
Development, CBCA 3563, 14-1 BCA ¶ 35,643, the parties completed discovery and
resolved the dispute. Pursuant to a motion for voluntary dismissal, received on April 21,
2015, the Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE the appeal.
