ORDER
On October 13, 2015, the Board received from Cannibal Mountain Logging, LLC, a
notice of appeal of the denial of a request for a contract term adjustment under contract
073346 with the Department of Agriculture, Forest Service. The contractor sought payment;
the agency raised counterclaims. The parties have resolved their disputes. In accordance
with a joint motion received on May 2, 2016, this matter is DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE
