ORDER
On May 31, 2024, the parties filed a joint motion requesting that these consolidated
appeals be dismissed with prejudice. The motion states that the parties have executed a
settlement agreement and, having fully resolved the dispute in this matter, jointly move for
dismissal of the appeals pursuant to Board Rule 12(b)(2) (48 CFR 6101.12(b)(2) (2023)).
The motion is granted. The appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
