ORDER This appeal involves a challenge by appellant, Uruj (Carmen) Perwaiz, to an Agency for International Development contracting officer’s decision dated May 22, 2023, terminating Ms. Perwaiz’s contract for cause. In her notice of appeal, filed August 14, 2023, Ms. Perwaiz also alleged that the termination was in bad faith and sought contract damages in the amount of $210,597.44. On January 30, 2024, in accordance with Board Rule 12(b)(2) (48 CFR 6101.12(b)(2) (2022)), Ms. Perwaiz filed a motion seeking voluntary dismissal of her appeal with prejudice.
