ORDER
On April 16, 2015, the Board received from Preferred Builders Group, LLC
(contractor) a notice of appeal concerning the termination for default of its contract, VA246-
13-C-0071, with the Department of Veterans Affairs (agency). Without admitting
responsibility or liability the contractor seeks to withdraw its appeal. In accordance with a
motion of the parties, the Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE the appeal.
