ORDER
On March 10, 2017, the Board received a timely notice of appeal from MINOT PSBI
Joint Venture, LLC concerning the denial of claims under its contract, DOL-ETA-15-C-
0061, with the Department of Labor. Formal proceedings were suspended; the parties
