ORDER
On May 2 and 20, 2014, and March 4, 2015, Sevatec, Inc. timely filed notices of
appeal concerning adverse decisions by a contracting officer concerning its contract,
DJA11DC00040, CLIN eTrace 5.0, with the Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Following suspensions of formal proceedings, the parties
executed a settlement agreement on May 4, 2015, completely resolving all claims, disputes,
or issues raised by or related to the appeals. In accordance with a motion, the Board hereby
DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE these appeals.
