ORDER
On June 24, 2020, the Board docketed this appeal from a contracting officerâs
decision that was issued prior to January 11, 2018. On June 26, 2020, the Board issued an
order directing appellant, ResCare Workforce Services (ResCare), to show cause why the
appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. On July 15, 2020, ResCare filed a
request to withdraw its appeal.
ResCareâs request is granted and the appeal is DISMISSED.
